Returns & Exchanges
In the event that you are wanting to return your purchase, we accept return on items that are still in their original condition within 7 days of receiving your order. Same policy applied to orders purchased from MAILLOT Flagship Store.
Those returned items that are deemed worn, untagged, washed or damaged will be sent back to you at your expense. No refunds or exchanges on sale items under any circumstances.
Online orders can be return in MAILLOT Flagship Shop in Paddington.
If you wish to send back whole or part of the order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return or credit notes. Return will be at customers own expense expect from faulty items and orders.
Please use a reliable and trackable return service, as MAILLOT will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
To complete your purchase return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Shipping fee will not be refunded.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your returned item/s to be received. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed. If your return does not meet our return policy you will be contacted by our Customer Service team.
*All sales are final. Sale items CANNOT be exchanged, returned or refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
