We are currently looking for a Casual Retail Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

As part of the MAILLOT team, you will represent our brand on the shop floor. This role is not just about sales — it’s about building genuine connections, understanding garments deeply, and contributing to the overall experience of our store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver thoughtful, personalised customer service

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Maintain visual standards and shop floor presentation

• Assist with stock processing and inventory management

• Support in-store launches, activations, and community events

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous retail or customer service experience 

• Communicates confidently and warmly

• Has a strong interest in design, culture, and fashion

• Is detail-oriented and proactive

• Is available to work flexibly 

• Thrives in a boutique retail environment
