T.T
The denim is made from U.S. organic cotton, woven on vintage shuttle looms in Okayama using a 3/1 left-hand twill. This slow weaving process creates rich texture with natural irregularities. The warp is dyed with a mix of sulfur and indigo, resulting in a weathered, greenish hue, while the custom yellowed weft yarn gives a timeworn feel. The fabric is then treated with a sanforized finish for shrink resistance.
The jeans feature "white ear" selvedge denim, with the white edge used in various parts like the belt loop. The design includes a deep rise and straight-cut silhouette, with curved front pockets, riveted openings, and a buckle back. Custom iron buttons and back hardware, uncoated to rust over time, reflect the 1920s design. The signature leather patch is mud-dyed from Amami Oshima, completing the authentic vintage look.
